Copy solution repository (pentaho-solutions) as sibling of tomcat, since biserver-manual-ce-3.0.0-STABLE.zip doesn't have the solutin repository, I used one froma previous downloaded pentaho biserver.Copy pentaho-style.war and sw-style.war to webaps (cp /usr/src/biserver-manual-ce/build/pentaho-wars/*.war /opt/liferay-portal-5.2.3/tomcat-5.5.27/webapps/).deploy pentaho.war (cp /usr/src/biserver-manual-ce/build/pentaho-wars/tomcat/pentaho.war /opt/liferay-portal-5.2.3/deploy/) Build war file with ant in /usr/src/biserver-manual-ce (ant war-pentaho-tomcat) Unzip pentaho (unzip /home/files/Downloads/biserver-manual-ce-3.0.0-STABLE.zip -d /usr/src/).Download pentaho 3.0.0 manual (biserver-manual-ce-3.0.0-STABLE.zip).Start liferay (/opt/liferay-portal-5.2.3/tomcat-5.5.27/bin/startup.sh) Unzip liferay to /opt (unzip /home/files/Downloads/liferay-portal-tomcat-5.5-5.2.3.zip -d /opt/).Download liferay 5.2.3 bundled to tomcat (liferay-portal-tomcat-5.5-5.2.3.zip).Hi all, I've been reading and doing all I can to deploy Pentaho into Liferay, here's what i've done (everything as root) in my Linux Ubuntu 9.04:
